Shipping to the United States — Free Shipping on orders $99 and over
We ship to all 50 states. Orders placed Monday-Friday in the morning and early afternoon are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed outside of business hours or on holidays will default to the next business day.

 

Please note that orders must meet designated free shipping minimums after all discounts and promotional codes have been applied

 

Returns & Exchanges 

Our Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Modestique accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase, except final sale items and where otherwise stated. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method, less $5 for the prepaid return label.

Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund.

How to Complete a Return 
Returns are quick and easy with our online system!

Sign in to your Modestique account using the email address you used at checkout. Open your order, select the items you wish to return, and submit a return request.

We’ll review your request against our return policy. If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your items back. Please wait for approval before mailing your return.
