Our Policy
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, Modestique gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase, except on final sale items and if otherwise stated.
Please note: We reserve the right to send back any product with visible signs of wear.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for a refund.
How to Complete a Return
Returns are quick and easy with our online system!
US Customers: If you would like to return the items you purchased, you can create a pre-paid shipping label through the steps below. Please note that $5 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping and restocking the merchandise. However, this fee is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit.
1. Visit https://account.modestiqueb.com.
- Log into your Modestique Account and go to Order History to find your order number.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts.
3. Choose one of the following options
- Exchange – Instantly shop with your return value.
- Store Credit – Save credit for future purchases.
- Refund – Receive funds back to your original payment method.
4. Print your return label or save the QR code.
- Securely package your return and send it via USPS.
